Introduction

Welcome to the very first Final Cut tutorial on Fintan Media.

The aim of this first tutorial is to show you the basic working platform of Final Cut and a breakdown of some of its main features.

There are many different versions of Final Cut that you can use, although most are exactly the same, save for a few new plugins. I use Final Cut Express 4, so all of the screenshots that accompany this tutorial may differ slightly from your version, but mainly these changes will be nothing short of cosmetic.
